to 10/2100Z:  Solar activity was very low. No flares occurred in the
last 24 hours. New Region 998 (S09E52) was numbered today and is a
simple B-type group.
IB.  Solar Activity Forecast:  Solar activity is expected to be very
low.
IIA.  Geophysical Activity Summary 09/2100Z to 10/2100Z:
The geomagnetic field was quiet.
